  12. Review career and skills: accomplishments and gaps — List promotions, projects, feedback, and skill shortfalls.
  13. Identify 2–3 skills to develop and next steps — Specify courses, mentors, or projects to practice on.
  14. Audit digital life and admin: subscriptions, passwords, inbox — Cancel unused subs, update passwords, and archive old emails.
  15. Create 3–6 SMART goals for the next year — Make each Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound.
  16. Break each goal into quarterly milestones and first 90-day actions — Assign a milestone per quarter and the first tasks to start now.
  17. Define weekly and daily habits that support each goal — Be specific: frequency, duration, and trigger for each habit.
