- Identify 2–3 skills to develop and next steps — Specify courses, mentors, or projects to practice on.
- Audit digital life and admin: subscriptions, passwords, inbox — Cancel unused subs, update passwords, and archive old emails.
- Create 3–6 SMART goals for the next year — Make each Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound.
- Break each goal into quarterly milestones and first 90-day actions — Assign a milestone per quarter and the first tasks to start now.
- Define weekly and daily habits that support each goal — Be specific: frequency, duration, and trigger for each habit.
- Create a simple tracking system (doc, app, or habit tracker) — Choose one place for weekly check-ins and progress notes.
- Schedule quarterly review sessions and add reminders — Set dates, reminder alerts, and a brief review agenda.
