  3. Assemble a basic first aid kit — Gather items in a labeled, portable bag or box.
  4. Include adhesive bandages and antiseptic wipes
  5. Pack sterile gauze, medical tape, and small scissors
  6. Add basic pain relievers and antihistamines — Label doses and check allergies first.
